Kos Construction is owned and operated by George Kosmorsky. I am a Licensed General Contractor, operating Kos Construction since 2013. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years. I am originally from Philadelphia but moved to the northern California area in 1991. In the 90’s I worked for a few major builders including South County Housing and Butler Construction. In the mid 2000’s I went out on my own operating as a handyman until getting my contractor’s license in 2013.

I have lived here in Gilroy since 1995. I am a married man with children and grandchildren. Our youngest son is a student at Christopher High, where I am proud to be involved in his school, sports and Athletic Boosters. You may see me working in food concessions, BBQing during the games or even some fundraising. Basically, I love to help out where and when I’m needed and most importantly I love to help people.

Along with construction I also worked in Customer Service while at Butler Construction. I take pride that I have worked in small homes to multimillion dollar homes. No matter the size or value of your home, my goal is to not only provide quality workmanship but also provide you the customer with great customer service.
